Product Detail : Supply of smps based ips system
supply and commissioning of smps based ips system for ibs for re/non re area as perrdso specification no. rdso/spn/165/2012 version 3.0 and as per drg. no. wcr/n-hq/ips/ibs/2017/01including supply of spares and tools. for connecting ips to battery bank, 15 meter each of red and black colourcable of size as per battery 200 ah capacity is to be supplied by tenderer. 12 core x 1.5 sq. mm signalling cablefor connecting ips to status monitoring panel will be supplied by railway free of cost. supply and commissioningof the ips should be as per rdso letter no sts/e/ips/general dtd. 21.11.2013supply & commissioning of smps based integrated power supply system spares and tools as perrdso spec no.rdso/spn/165/2012 ver 3.0 with latest amendment applicable as on date of tender notice andas per drawing no.wcr/n/hq/ips/6 line/ei/04.for connecting ips to battery bank, 10 meter each of red & blackcolour cable of size as per battery ah capacity is to be supplied by tender. 12 core x 1.5 sq.mm signaling cablefor connecting ips to status monitoring panel will be supllied by railway free of cost. supply and commissioningof the ips should be as per rdso letter no. sts/e/ips/general. date.03.04.2008. note- the film will supply oneadditional smr of rating 110v. 20a in addition to 6 smrs that they will supply as per drawing of ips in thispurchase.supply and commissioning smps based integrated power supply system (ips) for lc gate forre/non re area as per rdso,specn.no.rdso/spn/165/2012(ver.-3)with latest amendment applicable as omdate of tender notice and as per wcr/drg no. wcr/n-hq/ips/lc gate /2017/01 including supply of sparesand tools.for connecting ips to battery bank,10 meter each of red & black colour cable of size as per battery ahcapacity is to be supplied by tenderer.12 core *1.5 sqmm signalling cable for connecting ips to status monitoringpanel will be supplied by the railway free of cost. supply and commissioning of ips should be as rdsoltr.no.sts/e/ips/genl/dtd.03/04-04-2008 inspected by rdso. the firm will supply one additional smr inaddition to 3 smrs that they will supply as per drawing.this includes transportation,loading and unloading of ipssystem complete and batteries fromdepot to the site of installation and power distribution connection to bus barsand relay racks in the room with contractor's own wiring materials (ladder dwc pipe and including his ownsupply of power wire required as 10 sqmm,16 sqmm etc as per is694 of 1990 or latest as per rdsorecommendation of ips installation.this also includes fabrication and fixing of ac/dc power distribution boaedmade on phenolic sheet with connections suitable for 32 a.wiring from distribution board to relay rack and ctrack in ring protection.16sqmm power cable is be used for wiring of 110v dc,110v ac & 60v(imternal) and forbalance powersupply 10 sqmm power cable is to be used.all connectors and wiring material as per sitesupply and commisioning of smps based integrated power supply system for lc gate for rearea as per rdso specn.no.rdso/spn/165/2012 (ver.3.0) with latest amendments/revisions if any and as perdrawing no wcr/n-hq/ips/lc gate/2017/01 including supply of spares and tools for connecting ips tobattery bank, 25 meter each of red & black colour cable of size as per battery ah capacity is to be supplied bythe tenderer.12 core x 1.5 sqmm signalling cable for connecting ips to status monitoring panel will be supplied byrailway free of cost.supply and commissioning of ips should be as per rdso letter no sts/e/ips/genl.dated-03/04/2008.inspection by rdso.note-the firm will supply one additinal smr in addition to 3 smrs that they willsupply as per drawing.
