Supply of single section digital axle counter phase reversal type as per rdso specification nordso/spn/177/2012 (version -3) and latest if any each set consist of following (a) high frequency tx coil andrx coil (each set consist of web mounting type tx coil 02 nos. rx coil 02 nos along with 10 mtr .cable -02 sets)(b) track side digital axle counter unit -02 nos. (c) 24v,6f/4b, 1000 ohm q type wired -02 nos. (d) clamp withdeflector plates and hardware etc -04 nos. (e) reset box -02 nos. (ii) mushroom/location box suitable forhousing track side equipment (02 nos.) transportation, installation testing & commissioning - transportation,installation testing & commissioning of equipment field training (one man day per set) at site or as desired by siteengineer, these includes - (a) foundation & erection of track side equipment i.e. mushroom/location box (ifrequired). this includes supply of all associated materials (b) individual earthling of all detection point for the oemrecommended earth value certified by oem site engineer. this includes supply & installation of maintenance freeearth materials and exothermic bonding and other connecting cable etc as per railway practice as per rdsospec.no.rdso/spn/197/2008 or latest. resetting equipment to be connected to the earth provided at panel. (c)installation to be carried out by oem certified engineer.
Supply of tool kit consisting of (a) digital multi meter of suitable make for above digital axle countersystem with probe set 01 no (b) train simulator ( high frequency ) 01 no.(c) extender card 01 no. (d) dummywheel 01 no.(e) different type of spanners suitable for above digital axle counter 01 set (f) torque wrenchessuitable for the above 01no. (g) screw driver set suitable for the above 01 set (h) carrying bag for tools 01 no.
