Supply installation, testing and commissioning of hassdac (high availability single section digital axle counter) detail description and specification as per following 1. single section digital axle counterphase reversal type complete set as per rdso specn. no. rdso/spn/177/2012 (ver.3) with latest amdt. at thetime of supply. (i) high availability ssdac system with dual track sensor devices. (ii) the configuration ofssdac -2dp 1 section. (iii) the length of cable with each track device- 15 meter. 2. installation, testing andcommissioning of single section digital axle counter. (i) 24v dc supply will be provided by railway at locations.(ii) cable conductor from location to asm room will be made available by railway. (iii) all fitting and wiringarrangement to be done by firm. (iv) transportation of hassdac from oem to consignee and from variouslocation for installation.
supply of tool kit for ssdac, each set consisting of the following- (a) extender card- 01 no. (b) trainsimulator (high frequency)- 01 no. (c) dummy wheel- 01 no. (d) digital multimeter- fluke make 187 or rishabhmake model 2895 or similar for digital axle counter system with probe- 01 no. (e) different type spanners,suitable for digital axle counter, which 01 set consisting of (i) socket spanner with cv steel, (ii) ring spanner flat-size 17x19mm make- jhalani or equivalent, (iii) double ended spanner open jaw no. 895, make taparia orsimilar, (iv) spanner size 17x19mm make jhalani or equivalent, (v) ring spanner size 24x26mm make- jhalanior equivalent, (vi) screw no. 902 make taparia or similar, (vii) screw driver no. 935 make taparia or similar,(viii) torque wrench suitable for ssdac- 01 (f) carrying bag for the above tools- 01 no. for tool kit item no. (a),(b), (c), (d), (e) & (f) inspected by consignee.
